For Existing Customer from the previous Website

Step 1:
Please check your email as we will send Email to you for the new website activation. 




Step 1:
If you do not receive the activation email from us, please Register your account again.





Step 2:
We will resend you the activation email.

 

Step 3:
Please check your email and activate your account.




For NEW Customer



A) HOW TO CREATE NEW ACCOUNT

Step 1:
Click the ‘REGISTER’ or login with your social account.





Step 2:

Fill in the required particular information.




Step 3:

Click the ‘I’m not a robot’ then ‘Submit’. And you can start your shopping.




B) HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD

Step 1:
If you key in invalid login credentials, you need to click the 'Forgot Your Password?'





Step 2:
Fill in your email and click ‘Submit’.




Step 3:
We will send you an email with a link to update your password.



Step 4:
Fill in your new password and click ‘ RESET PASSWORD’.







C) HOW TO ORDER

Step 1
After selecting your desired product, select flavor and quantity, system will show stock availability for Online and Retail Status. Then proceed with clicking the “ADD TO CART” button.




Step 2
In the Shopping Cart page, you may view all the products you have selected. Once you’ve finalized your purchases, click “CHECKOUT” to go to the “Checkout” page.



Step 3
Add your Shipping address in the space provided. For those using coupon codes, fill in the code and click “Apply”. Click “Continue to shipping method’ and you will be directed to another landing page.

System will show the shipping method and cost. Click “Continue to payment method’ and you will be directed to another landing page.




Step 5

Choose your payment method Credit Card and Billing Address.



Step 6
If you choose the Bank Deposit, please send the 
scan / print screen / photo of your transaction as proof of payment to our email (support@ejinutrition.com) or SMS & Whatsapp us at 0174802323.

Step 7
Once the order is placed, you’ll see an “ORDER CONFIRMATION” page with details of your order including your Order Confirmation Number, along with other information. You will also receive an order confirmation letter in your email. Here, the products you have purchased will be listed, along with your Order ID. 

 

HOW TO VIEW MY ORDER

Step 1:
To view your order, please click the account icon then click into the Order ID.




Step 2:

You can view your order detail, payment status and fulfilment status in this page.




D) HOW TO TRACE PARCEL

Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners, tracking codes would be available and you can track the delivery status of your orders in ‘My Account’.
